Pathetic post sales service

Please beware - in case your goods are damaged while packing/moving you will not get any support from their claims team. Dont expect any respons,dDespite multiple calls and emails to their customer care and claims teams.You will be left hanging and be asked to call multiple people but nobody will help you.

Delayed Delivery

Booked one Sofa on 12th Nov and it was picked up on 14th Nov. I was told by the person that it will be delivered in 5 days. But to my dismay even after 6 days it is lying in their warehouse at kharawas, Gurgaon. When dialled customer care I was told that since full truck load was not there it is still lying here. I failed to understand why I should pay 20,000 when other Carriers are charging 7-8 thousand for part load. I trusted the team of APML but feel cheated as services are at par with other local packers n movers.

Home shifting from gurgaon to Coimbatore

Such a pathetic packers and movers ,they have high class charge for movement but service is low grade , in movement team which will come for packing and delivery they will ask for money so 3-4 k is extra after your bill. After this there are many things which they will miss out from packing and put it in garbage packet ,that they will take it . and with this much if you are alone then you wont be able to find out what packed ,and what is not .Once item is delivered if any item is damaged then response from ampl will not be positive ,most of the item they will say it was already damaged or it is not covered in insurance.But ampl will do the packing and based on that they will ask for insurance amount . but ampl won't recive any call on that.Its my mistake I choose apml,me and anyone of my friend and family wont choose apml

Waiting for Claim settlement

Hi, I am waiting for an insurance claim to be settled for a TV damage caused by Agarwal Packers & Movers during a movement for more than a month and a half now. Please be professional enough to attend and settle the claim. Please provide good service when you charge a premium for the movement. Very very poor service, very careless employee

First time I was shifting my house hold goods with agarwal packers from Delhi to Pune and it was very bad experience, they destroyed my double door freeze badly that can not be repaire ,center table glass broken, bed scratched, I will never suggest to other for this service.

Zero star worst experience highly unprofessional

Used APML for domestic moving . Worst experience. Inexperienced packers . Damaged my goods . They Misleaded me for writing insurance amount . Not giving my insurance claim money even after 2-3 months .Tired of sending reminder emails and calling customer care department . Worst packers and movers
