What if my item is not dispatched even after the promised dispatched date?

It is a rare situation that due to some unforeseen contingency the delivery of your consignment is delayed. In such case, we will update you with the new dispatch date.

If I do not have my tracking number, is it still possible to track my shipment?

There is no other way to track the status of your consignment without a tracking number. You have to call us on our customer care number and tell us the booking date and time of your consignment to get the tracking number.

When I attempted to track my shipment, I received an invalid waybill error message. Why?

There could be various reasons. Our GC No. is a 10 digit (10-digit) numeric Alfa (Alphanumeric) (e.g. ABCD123456, XYZ2345678), so please recheck the number and try again.
