I am very pleased with Agarwal Packers and Movers' service while relocating my household from Prayagraj to Bangalore. Their pricing was reasonable, and both the Prayagraj and Bangalore staff were professional, friendly, and handled all items—including fragile glass items—with great care. However, one major concern was the demand for hefty cash tips by the staff, despite being salaried employees. In Prayagraj, four workers initially demanded Rs. 4000 in cash, which was negotiated to Rs. 2000. In Bangalore, two workers insisted on Rs. 2000 in cash and eventually accepted Rs. 1700, as I did not have the full amount. While the overall service was excellent, I strongly suggest that the company provide professional training to its staff to avoid such issues in the future, as other professional packers and movers are entering the market and can give you tough competition (such as NoBroker and Porter companies).

Their customer support is easy to access, quick, kind, respectful and professional throughout.Got all my queries and requests everytime ON TIME.They also send immediate receipts and documents for review- no last minute surprises. Their agents are helpful and quick. I had an emergency and requested for a time for the pickup which the agent immediately accepted and completed the whole work without hassle and finished the whole packing within 30 mins. Will add more review once my delivery is complete. Since painting was still in progress at my new home, I only unpacked the boxes a week later, and I was thrilled to see that every single item, including my delicate crockery, was intact and without a scratch.
