Mr. Om Prakash Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant who is an Alumni of ICAI with more than thirty years of expertise in Accounts, Statutory audit & Tax. He has also done LLB (General). Starting his career as Chief Accountant way back in 1978 he has worked in companies like FACOR Ltd., Zenith Birla (India) Ltd. for 12 years & in Transport Corporation of India Ltd., a logistics company for 16 years as CFO & 4 years as CEO (Freight) thereby serving total of 20 years in the Company. With the expertise in handling overall functioning of financial processes & implementing strategies in line with the policies, he is an enterprising leader with proven dexterity in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of a common goal without compromising on employer-employee relations. His Core competencies are strategy planning, financial planning, corporate finance, secretarial affairs, fund sourcing & management, internal control, resource mobilization, new product development, accounts & auditing and team supervision. As an effective communicator & team leader, in past he has demonstrated prowess in heading new set-ups, escalating business progressively by undertaking organizational restructuring with strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities.
A prolific Supply Chain specialist, with over 20 years of work experience, known for creating and managing highly responsive yet cost-effective and efficient solutions.
Mr. Ankush Mehra, Post Graduate in Commerce and an MBA, has been managing complete Supply Chain Management domain including Domestic & International Logistics with leading MNCs & Indian Corporates like Honda Siel Cars India Ltd., Samsung Electronics India Information & Telecommunications Ltd., Metro Cash & Carry India Pvt. Ltd., Reliance Hypermarket Ltd. & ITC - Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. He is consistently delivering, strategizing and ensuring seamless execution of logistics models PAN India and managing operational goals, plans and metrics critical to the success of the organization including quality and productivity as well as monitoring performance vs. goals and objectives. He contributed in establishing warehouses from conception to implementation, with all infrastructural amenities and state-of-the-art units for green field projects. Also, he defined best practice processes for successful warehousing function, set up and incorporated world-class systems and processes. He develops strategic alliances within the supply chain for future growth plans, pilot negotiations and contracts with vendors/ service providers, incorporates the highest standards of KPI's, analyzes and quantifies distribution performance and initiates corrective deviations from schedules, excessive costs and other adverse factors. He possesses functional knowledge of entire Supply Chain Management and exposures to handle large volumes of business including software development, exposures to Multi-Model Transportation, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Insurance Management, Customs, Sales Tax, Excise, Ecommerce setups and to management of Third Party Logistics Operations etc. He creates a customer-driven organization that is perceived to be responsive to all customer expectations and requirements that achieves a competitive advantage. He attracts, leads, coaches and develops in high caliber logistics teams.
Mr. Raj Aggarwal, B.tech in Manufacturing Engineering from National Institute and MBA in Finance & Strategy from UK is a seasoned investment banker & expert in business strategy design and implementation. He is one of the independent board members in Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd and his advice takes into account an analysis of company, business environment, industry dynamics, market positioning, competition, financial performance, and specific legal, accounting, policy and regulatory issues. Having 19 years of professional experience, he brought to table a unique synthesis of investment banking, strategy, corporate finance, investment management and operations. He travelled different corners of the world to understand the cultural aspect well for the successful consummation of the transactions. Having a vast knowledge in banking and finance sector, he serves as an essential asset to our company who always advises the best for the company’s growth and success.
Mr. Rajeev Khurana is an MBA and also possesses a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations. His core competence lies in strategic planning, profit centre operations, key account management, sales and marketing and operations. He has over 20 years of hard core experience and has been promoted from Sr. Vice President and CHIEF MARKETING HEAD (ALL INDIA) to EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR with Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. and his responsibilities include Transportation, warehouse management, logistics, express cargo and supply chain management and is involved in making strategies for business development. He is also responsible for reinforcing the vision of the Organization, maintaining and growing market share, ensuring high customer service standards for India. An out of the box thinker & instrumental in drawing the vision that differentiated Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. and set it on the path of definitive success. He chartered the turnaround strategy for the company, transforming our business into a consistently profitable by broadening clientele base and propelling it into a leadership position in Logistics Industry in India.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar is a versatile personality who is a renowned patriotic poet and insurance consultant by profession. He is one of the independent board members in Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. Although, he is post graduate in commerce stream, but his first love has always been a poem. His poetic works are rich in Indian traditions, nation’s grandness and culture. With his impressive poems and ethos, he gained recognition not only in India but also in east and west corner of the world. He has received various awards for his unique talent; some of them are Purushottam Prateek Puraskar, Kavya Shri Samman by Rajasthan Sahitya, Kala Evam Sanskriti Sansthan, Ramai Kaka Award by Sahitya Bharti, Unnav and Vishisht Saraswat Samman by Sanskritik Manch, Bhiwani etc. Not only this, he has published various books, audio and videos also which are in great demand. Mr. Navneet Agarwal, a graduate in commerce background possesses a vast knowledge of the IT sector. He always stays connected with the technology and leaves no stone unturned to make our company digitalized in all aspects. Being a tech-savvy, he always remains in a quest of technological wonders that take company one step forward towards growth in the cloud world. APML’s business success has been driven by keeping customer satisfaction at core of everything it does. Similarly, Mr. Navneet Agarwal employing his expertise in IT and having a clear understanding of customer requirements in context of household relocation delivers best and quality services to customers consistently. Being a relocation head, he puts the whole emphasis on customers’ emotions attached with their valuable possessions and thus leads his team to apply human touch while executing packing and moving process during relocation of goods. He enjoyed the experience as a packing supervisor to begin with first day in company. Getting connected with the company’s root and understanding its operations thoroughly, today he holds the position of director & head of relocation division all because of his dedication, hard work and passion. He is an appealing personality with a sharp vision that always centric on growth and success of company. Mr. Saransh Agarwal is a graduate in Accounts & Finance and has played a vital role in bringing trucking cube, a revolutionary concept in the industry as the permanent killer of transshipment. He realized that transshipment is the silent killer of a brand's reputation that actually spoils quality of their products during transit like FMCG, pharmaceuticals etc. To eliminate this problem, he did deep research and came up with an exclusive solution in the form of trucking cube. He is the man with great leadership skills and leads his team in a way to ensure APML’s services and concepts meet the highest standard of quality.
Having his roots connected with logistics industry and following the company’s policy of satisfying its customers to fullest or to do everything keeping customers as it core, he incorporates his efforts to innovate something out of the box that benefits both customer and industry at same time, trucking cube is the big example of it. His unique ideas, passion to take company at new heights and vision centric on bright sunny day instead of whole dark night is responsible for the rising popularity of trucking cube. Being an operational head, Mr. Saransh Agarwal is responsible for driving growth and differentiation across portfolios at APML. His driving force and positive business approach will definitely work to maintain the company’s top position in the industry for coming years.
Mrs. Anuja Babu Chindarkar, with her versatile nature and leadership quality, is leading the procurement department of Entire Mumbai Region by providing support for HHG & Logistical Operations. She also plays a key role in handling the Goregoan Branch Logistical & HHG Operations. She has rich experience of 10-15 years in packing and moving industry. She also overviews the satellite branches by arranging for the requirement of the branches and other support services. She joined the Board as Whole time Director w.e.f 12.03.2019.
Mr. Anupam Goenka is a Managing Director of BPEA. By profession he’s Chartered Accountant and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, India. Mr. Goenka has over 15 years of experience across proprietary investments, structured finance, investment banking and consulting. Immediately prior to joining BPEA, Mr. Goenka spent two years as Head of Underwriting at Religare Credit Advisors Limited. Prior to this, Mr. Goenka was with Religare Finvest Limited where he oversaw the structuring and underwriting functions for various mid-market corporate. Amongst his previous roles, he worked with Deutsche Bank for 5 years in proprietary real estate investments. He has also worked with JP Morgan in their Investment Banking team in Mumbai for 3 years.
