A Graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University with thorough knowledge in computers, Mr. Mukesh Agarwal started his career in the field of Logistics 12 years back at a very young age of 20. After working at different levels in this industry, he is now the Executive Director – Marketing with lots of experience and a passion to work as a Marketing Professional. According to him, by determination and willingness to work hard and a desire to excel in everything you do, is a key attribute for a successful person and these have helped him to succeed. His suggestion to his marketing team is - Marketing is the exchange of product or service between the producer and consumer, hence it is essential to retain the clients through efficient services.
Mr. Sunil Bansal is holding the position of Executive Director - HHG in Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. He started his career in the company as an assistant to Mentor, Mr. Ramesh Agarwal. With his dedication and loyalty towards job, he has been given responsibility to handle vigilance department, which is one of the important departments of the company. He also looks after the social activities done by company for the welfare of the society. He is a person who understands his responsibilities very well and always remain ready to incorporate his hard work, expertise and vision for the continuous growth and success of company.
Mr. Sunil Kaul is an Agriculture graduate & has over 23 years of experience in diverse fields varying from Agriculture, Courier, Transportation & 3 PL having served many MNC's & Indian Corporates through reputed organisations in industry like First Flight Couriers Ltd., Rahul Cargo Pvt. Ltd. & OM Logistics Ltd. His last assignment was with OM Logistics as AGM - Sales Adm. & was key person handling major key accounts on pan India basis. The profile included CRM, Servicing of existing customers, Sales realization, Retention & development of new businesses. Mr. Kaul was instrumental in handling many distribution projects of Acer India, HCL & Gemini Communications & has won accolades in plenty. The clientele handled by Mr. Kaul includes Telco, M&M, General Motors, Eicher, Hindustan Motors, Acer, Sun Pharma, Chenab Textiles, Shriram Pistons, Goetze, IFB, HCL, Lumax Group, Minda Group, Delphi Auto, Samsung, Motherson & Tilda Riceland etc.
Mr. Sandeep Wadhwa is a Science Graduate from Delhi University with MBA in Marketing from IMT- Ghaziabad. He has vast experience in the field of Logistics & Supply Chain Management for over 25 years. He has worked with the corporate giants like Samsung, ITC, HCL & Indus Towers Ltd. His core competencies and excellence lies in the areas of Process Management, Planning, Warehouse & Inventory Management and outbound management along with third –party implementation. He is a dynamic leader and team member with excellent communication skills which are relevant in fostering highly motivated teams. He is a prompt decision-maker with the capability to negotiate and close deals & possesses excellent interpersonal relationships. As the CEO and will be looking after the Virtual Warehousing and Trucking Cube Divisions of the company.
Mr. Atul Gupta is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and Associate member of ‘Institute of Company Secretaries of India and having good experience of Secretarial and Finance matters. He has also completed his Lead Auditor Course IRCA Certified ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, presented by CMC International (UK). He is young and energetic Company Secretary with zeal to dig deep into the nuances of Corporate Laws. He joined APML on May 2, 2016 as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and is also involved in strategic finance and treasury functions of the company. Prior to APML he was associated with DARCL Logistics Limited from March 2013 to April 2016. He also oversees the secretarial matters of the subsidiaries and group Companies. His experience stretches from Accounts, Secretarial to Banking Sector, pushing him to add more skills to his skill set. As Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of APML, Mr. Atul Gupta is responsible to monitor and ensure fulfillment of Compliance applicable to the company.
He is a thorough professional with more than 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Client Servicing & Team Management with reputed organizations. With MBA in Logistics Management, he is a keen planner & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales operations activities and accelerating the business growth. He started his career in 1986 and has worked in companies like Blazeflash Courier Ltd., Skypak Couriers Ltd., Allied Pickford (formally known as Allied Lemuir in India). As Sr. V. P. International Household Transportation & Corporate marketing, he manages the company’s overseas business & corporate clients development and servicing.
Sky is the limit - Stretch out and reach it - Mr. Suraj Bhan has lived this statement and proved it right. The success story of Mr. Suraj Bhan began 24 years back when he joined the company at the lowest cadre, when the journey of Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. had just started and operations were taking its shape. His beginning as a worker at the lowest level gave him an in depth understanding of operations and as the time progressed, his relentless, sincere and honest devotion to work gave him an all round exposure to operations and slowly he walked along with, on the success path of the organization towards an unending journey to success. Having spent over 24 years with the organization, he has risen from the level of worker to the VICE PRESIDENT of the company managing PAN INDIA operations and is committed to taking forward the organization’s vision of operational excellence and quality customer service.
Started his career in the defence services in 1967 as a commissioned officer and while being Major participated in the Indo-Pak war of 1971 during the liberation of Bangladesh. In 1972 cleared the IAS examination and opted to join IPS of 1968 batch and was allotted to Karnataka cadre. Starting from the rank of ASP went on to become SP, DIG, IGP, Additional DGP, DGP and finally became the DG & IGP of the Karnataka state police during the years 2004/5 before retiring in May 2005. Had a distinguished service of 38 years during which a number of new welfare measures for subordinates were introduced. Also, took concrete steps to improve the police public relations while ensuring that law & order and crime situation in the state was kept under control. While being the commissioner of Youth services and Sports organized the ivth National games at Bangalore in which teams from all the states took part. It was during this period that for the first time in Karnataka such a world-class infrastructure like the Karnataka Indoor/Outdoor, koramangala Indoor and Astro-turf Hockey stadiums came up in Bangalore. Finally it was during his tenure as the DG & IGP of the state that the most wanted and notorious forest brigand Veerappan was eliminated in a well co-ordinated operation with Tamil Nadu Police and its government.
Mr. Ajay Sharma joined our company in 2003 after graduating from Delhi University. Starting his career as a Desk Officer in the company, he is presently handling the domestic Relocation Sales and Marketing as Assistant Vice President. Ajay possesses a very strong selling skills along with a very pleasing personality, which leaves no scope for our clients to shift their loyalties to any other organisation. He has extra strong inter-personal skills which make him stand different in the crowd and these skills have enabled him to handle all VIP and VVIP movements with sheer ease & comfort.
Rajesh Modi is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. He started his career in the company as a Cashier 20 years back and travelling through the various roles & responsibilities, he has been given a very important portfolio as Head- Treasurer for the entire Group. As he began from the scratch as a Cashier with the company, he has an in depth understanding about the working of the Finance & Accounts department and has ensured that the operations do not come at a standstill because of the fund management. Throughout his entire tenure with the company, he has performed par excellence and with utmost sincerity and devotion served the company in all the roles assigned to him. He is fully committed to meet all the challenges and working towards the organizational growth in sync with the vision of the company.
Mr. Surendar Poonia is a Graduate in Arts from Bikaner University. After his graduation he spent around two years in his family business of Real Estate. He started from a scratch with us and joined the company in 2008 as an Executive. With his sheer dedication, hard work and devotion he kept on getting regular growth in the company and is currently holding the profile of Regional Director. Mr. Surendar knows & understands the business very well. This is the reason for him to achieve all the assigned targets to him. Mr. Surendar has very strong team management skills which help him to understand his team based at various branches and make them perform. As a Regional Director, he is determined to achieve the goals of the company in complete alignment with the vision of the company.
Mr. Haritabh Sharma is a Graduate in Arts from M.D.S University, Rajasthan with a Post-Graduation in Law from Mahatma Gandhi University , Rajasthan. He additionally holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, Labour Welfare & Personnel Management from M.D.S. University, Rajasthan. He has also done a Diploma in Computer Programming & Systems Management. Before joining Logistics Industry he was practicing as an Advocate in Kota & High Court of Jaipur for five years. He joined TCI Freight in 2005 as Officer- Legal & Administration and worked there for 11 years. His last assignment was as a Divisional Manager- Mumbai and he was responsible for Operational Excellence through analyzing various reports on Business Development, Costing, Vehicle Placement & Tracking, Margin & Profitability, Customer Services, Credit Control, Control on Revenue Leakages& strong Fleet Operations. He also had the responsibility of strengthening the Human Resources by regular Trainings and monitoring their performance& keeping a control on their grievances. He was focusing on Marketing activities by managing the existing customers and working on the expansion of the Customer base by generating new business through new clients. Mr. Haritabh is a very detail oriented person and a strong administrator. He believes in the timely completion of any task assigned to him and the team under him. As the Regional Director of West he is responsible for the overall growth of all the Business Verticals in all the States &branches under him in the Western Region.
