Worst Service ever seen

It has been a worst of mine with the service of Agarwal packers and movers. I booked shifting for my car on 5th July and it was picked up on 8th July, 2021 for its movement from Ghaziabad to Pune. They kept my car standing on their warehouse for first 8-9 days untill I followed up the status of my car. After followup they woke up and dispatched the car from Gurgaon and now on 22nd July, after serveral follow up from my side, I got the confirmation that it has reached to Pune today. When the delivery guy showed me the condition of my car, I was surprised to see it. The car's interior is in very bad condition full of smell and the boot is full of water. I never recommend to take services from Agarwal packers and movers as they get you 100% paid first and then will do their own thinking that you don't have any choice.

Wrong Commitment

I booked by car shipment from Bangalore to Gurgaon on 08th July with pick up date of 12th July'2021. While booking, it was mentioned to me that car will be delivered with in 8-10 days (8 days + 2 days buffer). With this commitment, Agarwal movers team picked up my car on 12th July with 19 Litre of petrol. On 17th July, i asked status from Mr. Vikram Singh in bangalore team & he told that car will be shipped on 18th July. I shocked that by pick up on 12th July, how car can stay for a week in bangalore. Still there is no updation from team & i called more than 6 different people & now they are saying that it will take 2 more days. So, with this, my car expected to be delivered in 14-15 days & still tentative. I want to ask with Agarwal movers management team that what is commitment level & how they can charge such a huge charges with just big words of A hai to Assurance hai. Whenever we talk to AGPL team members, they told that sir, uper walon se baat karo, hum kuch nahi kar sakte.Expecting at least a call or revert from AGPL team on this.

Missing items from shipment

I have book transport of my car from Delhi to Pune and with prior discussion with delivery incharge have put bags full of expensive new clothes stress and and T-shirt’s for my mom and dad . Over and above 14500 chaired by AMPL I was charged 2500+200 reps extra by the pick up delivery man and On reaching Pune my bags were open and many items missing with bag. No satisfactory reply from customer care.My complaint ticket id-1018261

Car transportation and house matterials

My Name is Mayank singh my booking form Mysore (Karnataka) to Gorakhpur (UP). But very poor transportation and dealy delivery.APML Lucknow office very very bad person here handing.i am not satisfied this booking. Kindly I requested to all booking people please don't book House matterials and car this APML.

Staff is completely unreliable and unprofessional

Loading lead at Gurgaon hub Mr. Manjeet, sharing continuously false status such as due to rain loading delayed and it will be done today, carrier is infront of me, in one hr I will share pictures of loaded car etc. etc. then stopped picking up calls. No revert on SMS and WhatsApp. So far spoke to Priyanka, Neha, Raghvendra,Tushar and Jai from customer service - delivery and Sandeep, who completed the sales. It's 6 days since pickup and car is still not loaded. Highly disappointed. Request somone in authority to look into this, ensure dispatch, call and update.If proper action taken in this regard asap, will be happy to revise my rating and review.

Worst services, APL means comple assurence of failuer in services

Agrwal is failed due to following persons incapability. Foll2ing Consignment was picked up on 31st July 21 and assured to delivery by 5th August 21.After 5 days status was checked and after too many followup it comes to know that both consignment was not loaded and startred. Such a hopless persons as well as such agrwal company shoe be closed. AMPL means assurence of failuer, time and mony west services. Not to be avail such servicesDue delay in services I am going to file case for compensation and audit for manipulated repoert for good award claim.FLWAS INS SYSTEM1. After booking for delivery status call hold time more than 40 minutes.2. No satisfactory resolution by the call attiners. Untrained employees3. Too many people and deparments even though no tracking system and information avilable. It's only westage of time. Agrwal should think reduce man power and strengthen the system with honest working people for good service.4. After payment for customer it's very harrashment to take followup from agrwal. However at time. Of booking agrwal begging for work. On this principal AMPL is working.5. AMPL means assurence failuer of commitment, Brand name for poor services, westage of time and money, 100% csutomers disatisfaction.6. AMPL people are asking heavy tips even though after paying tips lacking in providing the services.
