J. N. Prasad
Mr. J N Prasad is a man of principles. He is M.A. in political science who has even worked as a professor. He has a vast experience of handling all sort of economic and corruption offences. He masters in dealing with all kinds of administrative works.

He was awarded a police medal for meritorious services in CBI (1966-2002) and retired as superintendent of police. He is associated with Agarwal Movers since 2004, presently working as Chief Advisor.

He is a Graduate in Commerce from the Punjab University in the year 1974 and has an experience of more than 35 years in the field of transportation & logistics.

Still young at heart and open to changes he has also been the mentor to several top level Personalities in Logistics sector. Honesty and dedication in work has been his core principles as he has a firm belief that "Winning your goal is not the toughest victory.... But winning your patience to achieve that goal is the toughest one".

He believes that good things come to those who wait. Better things come to those who try and best things come to those who believe.

As a Director Vigilance he is at a key position in the Company as a Patriarch adorning the role of “ Bhishma Pitamaha”

Pradeep Goel
Mr. Pradeep Goel is heading household segment which is a separate profit centre. After graduating in the year 1998, Mr. Goel joined Agarwal Packers & Movers (APM) as an Executive in 1999. He has gained core competence in this area and carried out a micro analysis of Services of improvement. Pradeep developed leadership skills and in a period of 4 years had covered several branches of APM. He believes that one cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Mukesh Agarwal
A Graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University with thorough knowledge in computers. Mukesh Agarwal started his career in the field of Logistics 12 years back at a very young age of 20 and after working at different levels in this industry he is now the Executive Director – Marketing with lots of experience and a Passion to work as a Marketing Professional.

According to him by determination and willingness to work hard and a desire to excel in everything you do is a key attribute for a successful person and these have helped him to succeed. His suggestion to his Marketing team is ---- Marketing is the exchange of product or service between the producer and consumer hence it is essential to retain the clients through efficient services.


Ankush Mehra | Director | DRSA Supply Chain | Agarwal Movers Group

Ankush Mehra
Mr. Ankush Mehra is Post Graduate in Commerce and MBA and has over 17 years of experience in managing complete Supply Chain Management including Domestic & International Logistics with leading MNC's & Indian Corporates like Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. , Samsung India Electronics Ltd. , Metro Cash & Carry India Pvt. Ltd. and Reliance Hypermarket Ltd. His last assignment was with Reliance Retail Ltd., as Assistant Vice President - Supply chain and was heading their "Hyper market project" on All-India basis which include dimensioning from business plan, manpower planning, finalization of distribution centre, setting up & successfully implementing systems and procedures in the distribution centre. He has successfully set up entire Logistics & Distribution network of M/s. Samsung Electronics India Ltd., world leader in Consumer Goods Industry, I.T Peripherals & German MNC in whole sale trading. He also has functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management and exposure to handle large volume of business-- Exposure to Multi-Model Transportation, Inventory Management, Insurance Management, Warehouse Management, Customs, Sales Tax, Excise, exposure to management of Third Party Logistics Operations.

S.N. Borkar
Career Record
Started career in the defence services in 1967 as a commissioned officer and while being Major participated in the Indo-Pak war of 1971 during the liberation of Bangladesh.

In 1972 cleared the IAS exam and opted to join IPS of 1968 batch and was allotted to Karnataka cadre. Starting from the rank of ASP went on to become SP, DIG, IGP, Additional DGP, DGP and finally became the DG & IGP of the Karnataka state police during the years 2004/5 before retiring in May 2005.

Had a distinguished service of 38 years during which a number of new welfare measures for subordinates were introduced. Also, took concrete steps to improve the police public relations while ensuring that law & order and crime situation in the state was kept under control.

While being the commissioner of Youth services and Sports organized the ivth National games at Bangalore in which teams from all the states took part. It was during this period that for the first time in Karnataka such a world-class infrastructure like the Karnataka Indoor/Outdoor, koramangala Indoor and Astro-turf Hockey stadiums came up in Bangalore.

Finally it was during his tenure as the DG & IGP of the state that the most wanted and notorious forest brigand Veerappan was eliminated in a well co-ordinated operation with Tamil Nadu Police and its government.

Personal Details
A native of coastal town of Karwar is keenly interested in sports. Retired in 2005 and settled in Bangalore with wife Surkeha. Have two daughters Pooja and Ashwini who are married to Amit and Manav respectively and are all well settled. Recently, have been blessed withgrand-daughter Teisha.

O.P Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant who is an Alumni of ICAI with more than thirty years of expertise in Accounts, Statutory audit & Tax. He has also done LLB (General). Starting his Career as Chief Accountant way back in 1978 he has served in companies like FACOR Ltd., Zenith Ltd. for 8 years & in Transport Corporation of India Ltd. for 16 years as CFO & 3 years as CEO (Freight) there by serving total of19 years in the Company. With the Expertise in handling overall functioning of financial processes & implementing strategies in line with the policies he is an enterprising leader with proven dexterity in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of a common goal without compromising on employer-employee relations.

His Core competencies are strategy planning, financial planning, corporate finance, secretarial Affairs, Fund Sourcing & Management, Internal Control, Resource Mobilization, New Product Development, Accounts & Auditing and Team Supervision.

As an effective communicator & team leader he has in past demonstrated prowess in heading new set-ups, escalating business progressively by undertaking organizational restructuring with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

Mr. Rajeev Khurana is an MBA and also possesses PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations. His core competence lies in strategic planning, profit centre operations, key account management, sales and marketing and operations. He has over 20 years of hard core experience and has moved from Sr. Vice President and CHIEF MARKETING HEAD (ALL INDIA) to EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR with Agarwal Movers LOGISTICS (P) Ltd and his responsibilities include Transportation, warehouse management, logistics, express cargo and supply chain management and is involved in making strategies for business development. He is also responsible for reinforcing the vision of the Organization, maintaining and growing market share, ensuring high customer service standards for India.

An out of box thinker & instrumental in drawing the vision that differentiated Agarwal Movers Group and set it on the path of definitive success. He charted the turnaround strategy for the company, transforming Agarwal Movers Group into a consistently profitable by broadening clientele base and propelling it into a leadership position in Logistics Industry in India

Mr. J.S. Ahluwalia is a PG in M.Sc and MBA in Marketing management and an alumina of IIM Ahmedabad. He possesses over 2 decade of experience in area covering National & International Logistics, Distribution, Transport / Fleet Management, Warehouse Management, Strategic planning and Supply-Chain Management and has held Senior management positions in organizations of National & International repute and has handled diverse product mix and bulk products including chemicals. His core competence lies in setting up of Logistics organization and warehouse management with key defined performance area. Presently, he is working as Senior Vice President with Agarwal Movers Group and C.E.O.& M.D of APM Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

He is a thorough professional with more than 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Client Servicing & Team Management with reputed organizations. With MBA in Logistics Management he is a keen planner & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales operations activities and accelerating the business growth. He started his career in 1986 and has served companies like Blazeflash Courier Ltd., Skypak Couriers Ltd. ,Allied Pickford (formally known as Allied Lemuir in India). As Sr. V.P. International Relocation & Corporate marketing, he manages the company’s overseas business & corporate clients development and servicing.

He has worked with companies like South Eastern Carrier Ltd., Om Logistics Ltd., Pro-Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd., DTDC Couriers & Cargo Ltd. etc. During his long tenure, ET Knowledge Series covered his profile and has published about him in the book titled "Logistics 2000". He has traveled widely across the globe for shouldering the responsibilities assigned to him, from time to time. He has a proven expertise in SCM of Automobile, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics & Retail Vertical. Mr. Sehgal has innovated, developed & executed various Logistics concepts for efficient management leading to remarkable results.

As he is skilled in cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business and corporate goals so at APM Integrated Logistics he is been deputed as VP- 3PL & SCM.

He is M.Com, and has got Master's Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial relation. He has worked in different types of Companies like Gwalior Polypipes Ltd, Transhine India Business Solution Private Limited. ( IT Company ). He is a computer savvy Versatile Personality and always ready to serve at all levels. He is a trainer of various HR activities. He believes in execution of the things. Presently he is working as a A.V.P. for West India Region. His Core functional Services are Sales Operation & Customer Care.

Mr. Jinu John - A dynamic personality, and believes in principle of “Self Made”. Graduate from MG University Kerala.Mr.Jinu John started his career with SFC Carriers in the year 1997. There he was deployed in its new venture of packing and moving of house hold goods. Being a keen learner he acquired practical knowledge and captured ground reality of the trade, during his 5 years tenure with company He desired to fulfill his dream to become a recognized name in the industry. Keeping in mind, his above motto, he approached Shri Ramesh Agarwal in 2003 and joined Agarwal Packers and Movers as a Field Officer. Thereafter, he did not look back and in 10 years of his career in Agarwal Movers Group, he reached from Field Officer to “Assistant Vice President” and entrusted the task as Country Head -Relocation. He is totally capable to handle all big projects of the company. He has numerous innovative ideas to improve the service level of the Company. His personal efforts are being recognized by various dignitaries like the Metro Man Mr. E .Sridharan and retired Supreme Court Judges and Presidents Secretariat etc.

Ms Praveen Chauhan is a Post Graduate in English from Delhi University with an additional management qualification in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and has more than 15 years of experience in General Administration, Human Resources, Compliance & Operations. Starting her career way back in 1996 she has worked for 15 years in reputed Companies like Aptech Ltd, Wipro, Gold Plus Group & Dalmia Group. During her tenure she has additionally handled the responsibility of Corporate Communications. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has exposure of working with individuals and groups and people of diverse cultures. She has strong Analytical skills and is a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional and is able to work under pressure. Having been part of the Leadership Team for most of the time during her career, she has very positively carried forward the vision of the Top Management down the line. She strongly believes that Human Resources and Human Resource Department is the back bone of any organization and people are its core strength.

As GM HR & Admin of the Company she is responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR & Administration activities.
