According to him, by determination and willingness to work hard and a desire to excel in everything you do, is a key attribute for a successful person and these have helped him to succeed. He possesses over 2 decades of experience in an area covering National & International Logistics, Distribution, Transport / Fleet Management, Warehouse Management, Strategic planning and Supply-Chain Management and has held Senior management positions in organizations of National & International repute and has handled diverse product mix and bulk products including chemicals. His core competence lies in setting up of Logistics organization and warehouse management with key defined performance area. Presently, he is working as President with Agarwal Movers Group and C.E.O. & M.D. of APM Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Saransh Agarwal | Director and Head | Trucking Cube Division
Mr. O.P. Vaishnav, is a Graduate in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has attended various advanced Management Development Programs from institutes like ISB Hyderabad and IIM Kolkata. He possesses over 3 decades of experience With TCI ( Transport Corporation of India Ltd.) in the fields of National & International Supply Chain & Logistics, Courier, Domestics/ & International Cargo, Warehousing & Bulk Cargo. His core competence lies in handling and streamlining the operations.
He started his career with TCI from a scratch and went on to become the part of leadership team as Vice President. In TCI, he has been instrumental in handling the Operations & Administration of PAN India locations and his last assignment was as Vice President- Operations of entire Western Region. During his tenure with TCI he has handled various critical cases which only he could have handled.
He has excellent Inter-personal & communication skills and has exposure of working with individuals and groups and people of diverse cultures. He has strong analytical skills & is a self- motivated and detail oriented professional and is able to work under pressure.
As Chief Operations Officer Mr. Vaishnav is responsible for the entire Operations of the Agarwal Packers & Movers Limited at PAN India Level.

Mr. Saransh Agarwal is a graduate in Accounts & Finance and has played a vital role in bringing trucking cube, a revolutionary concept in the industry as the permanent killer of transshipment. He realized that transshipment is the silent killer of a brand's reputation that actually spoils quality of their products during transit like FMCG, pharmaceuticals etc. To eliminate this problem, he did deep research and came up with an exclusive solution in the form of trucking cube. He is the man with great leadership skills and leads his team in a way to ensure APML’s services and concepts meet the highest standard of quality.
Having his roots connected with logistics industry and following the company’s policy of satisfying its customers to fullest or to do everything keeping customers as it core, he incorporates his efforts to innovate something out of the box that benefits both customer and industry at same time, trucking cube is the big example of it. International Household Transportation & Corporate marketing, he manages the company’s overseas business & corporate clients development and servicing.

Ltd. & OM Logistics Ltd. His last assignment was with OM Logistics as AGM - Sales Adm. & was key person handling major key accounts on pan India basis. The profile included CRM, Servicing of existing customers, Sales realization, Retention & development of new businesses. Mr. Kaul was instrumental in handling many distribution projects of Acer India, HCL & Gemini Communications & has won accolades in plenty. He started his career with TCIL (Transport Corporation of India Ltd.) and left TCIL as Vice President- Accounts for their Freight Division, after serving for 22 years. He is well versed with accounting processes and systems, analysis and presentation of complex data to facilitate decision making. His expertise lies in preparing and executing the budgetary control systems.
Mr. Himanshu is an effective communicator with excellent communication & inter-personal skills at all levels of the organization. He also possesses strong problem solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate & timely analysis.
He has vast knowledge & exposure in designing Internal Control Reporting Systems to check compliances and control of transactions.

Starting her career way back in 1996, she has worked for 15 years in reputed Companies like Aptech Ltd, Wipro, Gold Plus Group & Dalmia Group. During her tenure, she has additionally handled the responsibility of Corporate Communications. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has exposure of working with individuals and groups and people of diverse cultures. She has strong Analytical skills and is a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional and is able to work under pressure. Having been part of the Leadership Team for most of the time during her career, she has very positively carried forward the vision of the Top Management down the line. Started his career in the defence services in 1967 as a commissioned officer and while being Major participated in the Indo-Pak war of 1971 during the liberation of Bangladesh.
In 1972 cleared the IAS examination and opted to join IPS of 1968 batch and was allotted to Karnataka cadre. Starting from the rank of ASP went on to become SP, DIG, IGP, Additional DGP, DGP and finally became the DG & IGP of the Karnataka state police during the years 2004/5 before retiring in May 2005.
Had a distinguished service of 38 years during which a number of new welfare measures for subordinates were introduced. Also, took concrete steps to improve the police public relations while ensuring that law & order and crime situation in the state was kept under control.
While being the commissioner of Youth services and Sports organized the ivth National games at Bangalore in which teams from all the states took part. It was during this period that for the first time in Karnataka such a world-class infrastructure like the Karnataka Indoor/Outdoor, koramangala Indoor and Astro-turf Hockey stadiums came up in Bangalore.
Finally it was during his tenure as the DG & IGP of the state that the most wanted and notorious forest brigand Veerappan was eliminated in a well co-ordinated operation with Tamil Nadu Police and its government.

Thereafter, there was no looking back and in 12 years of his career in Agarwal Movers Group, he climbed up the ladder from Field Officer to “Assistant Vice President” of Relocation Department of the Organisation. Mr. Haritabh Sharma is a Graduate in Arts from M.D.S University, Rajasthan with a Post-Graduation in Law from Mahatma Gandhi University , Rajasthan. He additionally holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, Labour Welfare & Personnel Management from M.D.S. University, Rajasthan. He has also done a Diploma in Computer Programming & Systems Management. Before joining Logistics Industry he was practicing as an Advocate in Kota & High Court of Jaipur for five years.
He joined TCI Freight in 2005 as Officer- Legal & Administration and worked there for 11 years. His last assignment was as a Divisional Manager- Mumbai and he was responsible for Operational Excellence through analyzing various reports on Business Development, Costing, Vehicle Placement & Tracking, Margin & Profitability, Customer Services, Credit Control, Control on Revenue Leakages& strong Fleet Operations. He also had the responsibility of strengthening the Human Resources by regular Trainings and monitoring their performance& keeping a control on their grievances. He was focusing on Marketing activities by managing the existing customers and working on the expansion of the Customer base by generating new business through new clients.
Mr. Haritabh is a very detail oriented person and a strong administrator. He believes in the timely completion of any task assigned to him and the team under him. As the Regional Director of West he is responsible for the overall growth of all the Business Verticals in all the States &branches under him in the Western Region.

He started from a scratch with us and joined the company in 2008 as an Executive. With his sheer dedication, hard work and devotion he kept on getting regular growth in the company and is currently holding the profile of Regional Director.
Mr. Surendar knows & understands the business very well. This is the reason for him to achieve all the assigned targets to him. He also looks after the social activities done by company for the welfare of the society. Ms. Shilpa Barfe is a graduate from Mumbai University and holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management. She started her career at Agarwal Packers & Movers ltd. in February 2000 as a Data Entry Operator. Based on her willingness to learn and ability to handle responsibility, she has handled key roles in the Customer Care, Billing Division, the Household - Relocation division, Assistant to the Director, etc. Her career progression within the company has been witnessed in the form of her promotion from Branch Manager to Senior Manager and currently to her role as a DGM with the additional responsibility of being a State Head for Mumbai & Goa.
Shilpa is a key member of the team and is responsible for all Business Development and Operations activities in her designated region.She has good analytical skills combined with the ability to understand and provide effective solutions for issues faced by clients and employees alike. He joined APML on May 2, 2016 as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and is also involved in strategic finance and treasury functions of the company. Prior to APML he was associated with DARCL Logistics Limited from March2013 to April 2016. He also oversees the secretarial matters of the subsidiaries and group Companies. His experience stretches from Accounts, Secretarial to Banking Sector, pushing him to add more skills to his skill set. As Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of APML, Mr. Atul Gupta is responsible to monitor and ensure fulfillment of Compliance applicable to the company.
